This 37 minute video from the North Carolina State University Family Centered-meetings Project demonstrates the essential elements in planning and conducting a successful process called a Child and Family Team meeting. Sometimes funny, sometimes serious, but always seeking to present reality, this DVD is written and acted out by workers in the Human Service fields in North Carolina counties. The video is divided into 7 scenes which walks the viewer through examples of Preparation, Meeting dynamics, Family-Community-Agency collaboration, and Facilitator skills.
